Meet Duncan and Emily
Duncan Addy, 31, grew up in the small town of Eastland, TX, where Friday night lights and hard work went hand in hand. Raised by parents who taught him to show up, work with integrity, and keep strong moral standards, Duncan built a reputation as someone people can count on. After years of working under others in the glass industry, he always dreamed of building something of his own. With the support and partnership of Emily Ensor, that dream became D&E Glassworks.
Emily Ensor, 30 was born and raised in Fort Worth and found her love for entrepreneurship early. From car washes and lemonade stands to selling chocolate, babysitting, and cleaning homes, she’s always been driven to work hard and move up. In every job, she quickly took on more responsibility, but nothing ever felt like the place she was meant to stay. She knew one day she’d help build something of her own.When Duncan’s dream of owning a glass company met Emily’s passion for entrepreneurship, the path was clear. Together, they decided to build a glass business rooted in trust, quality work, and genuine care for their community—D&E Glassworks.
